Have not tried these yet but I am giving up wheat and was looking for an alternitive for bread..this should work well for stuffing chicken and veggies into..and since this is ground up almonds you get the benefit of a healthy fat too…I may leave out a few of the egg yolks and just use the whites and see how they turn out..Thank you for the above recipe.
