As you know, the court’s job is to see Congress’s laws don’t contradict the Constitution.Just because conservatives prefer constructionist interpretations of the Constitution, doesn’t make constructionist judges activists when they overturn federal legislation. This seems like more of your tit-for-tat approach to being, ahem, “fair and balanced.” For every sin liberals commit, you turn moral relativist in order to discover a corresponding sin from conservatives.

I don't usually write to music, but sometimes I do. Oddly, it can help to settle me if i'm finding it hard to get going. The music I come back to time and again when I need this sort of encouragement is Bach's solo cello music. I have the wonderful Yo Yo Ma playing, and listen on headphones with the sound low. I can't cope with singing, however much I love it. Even sung in Latin or German I find the words too distracting.

Not exactly. Windows and Mac aren’t the same, which is why some games need their own versions on Mac :/Like with The Sims series, it’s been released in both Windows and Mac, seperately, because Mac version doesn’t work on Windows =P Or that’s what I think it is.

It is now clear that TKDL files prior art evidence at IPO similar to EPO. Whether TKDL treats both the offices at the same level can only be ascertained if you do one more RTI as has been suggested by CSIR. In my assessment RTI may confirm to us that your earlier presumption that CSIR/TKDL has not provided operational access to IPO and it does not submit prior art evidence at IPO may prove to be completly wrong . In case you do an RTI pl post it I am also keen to know the outcome. I have great admiration for this initiative of CSIR
