I think those types of experiences are great for anyone to have. And vice versa. I think it’s always good, no matter what environment or setting you live in, to go check out the “other side.” Again, it teaches a balance and a well-rounded perception of life.
The rating system changes is to please advertisers/Youtube partners (As someone mentioned above). The new rating system is nice but I want to see how many people like it and do not like it. First Google hides the ratings before watching it and now hiding the thumbs up/thumbs down counts while watching it? I know Google/Advertisers/Youtube Partners are doing/want this to get us to watch a video that could either be good or crap!

civilians, no doubt. lots of reasons:1. advertising is not everything. shouldn’t be.2. I don’t wanna spend whole life talking about shitty clients and useless co-workers.3. with civilians I let my steam out and it’s over. with advertising people it keeps popping out, not solving anything.4. civilians are the best judge of your concepts or ideas. simple ‘like it – don’t like it’ is enough. after all that’s what you get from TA. 5. they are less stressed than advertisers so sex is more frequent and much better 😉
