- Kotisivut rakentuvat sivuista ja ajankohtaisista artikkeleista.
- Sivut: staattinen kotisivuosuus (yläpalkki)
- Artikkelit: näkyvät ajankohtaista sivun oikeassa reunassa
- Sukutoimikunnan jäsenet voivat laatia ja päivittää sivuja ja artikkeleita kirjautumalla ohjausnäkymään (päätoimittajavaltuudet). Lisäksi webmasterilla on laajemmat administraattorivaltuudet.
- Näillä henkilöillä on tarvittavat tunnukset, joilla voi kirjautua Ohjausnäkymään

so what if, now that rates are 5.5 or whatever, the housing industry DOESN’T pick up? what if, three months from now, the #’s are still crap?then what? 4.5 %? and do asking prices go correspondingly lower? not to be greedy, but might the perfect storm be 6 months away – housing selling at 2002 prices and 4% rates.

Im amazed to read about those agents. Seems to me, they dont do anything and are pretty useless. Almost sounds like here in the USA. I just sold my old house and bought another out of state. My agent on my old house was a gem…….and worked really hard. The new one tho, all she did was smile alot. I did all the work about the house and she collected the fees. What scam that job is.

It’s about gaming their system, essentially, and showing the mosque plan breaks their planning rules and regulations. Combined with locals objecting to the plans as well, they refuse it.
