- Kotisivut rakentuvat sivuista ja ajankohtaisista artikkeleista.
- Sivut: staattinen kotisivuosuus (yläpalkki)
- Artikkelit: näkyvät ajankohtaista sivun oikeassa reunassa
- Sukutoimikunnan jäsenet voivat laatia ja päivittää sivuja ja artikkeleita kirjautumalla ohjausnäkymään (päätoimittajavaltuudet). Lisäksi webmasterilla on laajemmat administraattorivaltuudet.
- Näillä henkilöillä on tarvittavat tunnukset, joilla voi kirjautua Ohjausnäkymään
- Sivuja täydennetään sekä sisällön että toimintojen osalta esille tulleiden tarpeiden mukaan.
- Sukutoimikunnan sivut on suojattu salasanalla. Sivut on tarkoitettu esim. pöytäkirjoja ja muistioita varten.
- Webmaster ottaa varmuuskopion sivustosta omalle koneelleen n. kerran kuussa.

The moving company comes in, boxes up everything (including trash if you forgot to take it out) and unpacks it at the next house! We also collapsed all the moving boxes. They are expensive and we use them for a hundred things over the years, including moving our daughters to college. The last time we moved they used 2 of the professional moving trucks! We have TOO much stuff

at 28:00, he mentions an issue with assigning an attribute without self.. If you don’t use self when assigning an attribute, ruby defines it as a local variable. It’s only non assignment cases (i.e. def foo; country; end;) where it will perform that method call as self being the implied receiver.
