There is a difference between weight maintenance and reduction. I would check his portion control and separate them at feeding. Increase his activity and decrease the food. I would seek a vet for bloodwork to rule out any underlying problems, many dogs with weight gain have thyroid issues.If it is the food, try finding a maintenance food that is for older dogs and less active dogs.

I have a vegitarian house hold. So getting protein into my diet even with supplements is difficult. I do eat nuts but I was wndering if their is anything else I can do (besides drinking milk, I want to stay away from lactose) to increase my protein intake. Carbs aren’t that big a deal because we have rice on a daily bases.

Patrik,The town is spelled Wroclaw but pronounced Groclaw. My son was looking at doing next a term at Wroclaw next year so talk about a small world! He would have to pay tuition there so I would double check the tuition part unless you are a part of a special program but if that is case I would jump on the offer of a FREE education!

To elaborate, most enemies had a base damage (i.e., what they inflict on Normal) about half that of the player’s with most weapons. However, this was not always the case. For example, the Flood had a base damage of a bit less than half of the player’s. Perhaps this was done for difficulty balancing reasons, as the Flood typically attacked in greater numbers and were constantly rushing the player.
