Hey Tony,As an ultrarunner and PT student (with experience in running injuries) here in Santa Monica, CA I would definitely go see a GOOD PT, if you haven't already done so. It can help tons in facilitating the healing process in the right direction. If you want you can send me a list of your ailments in detail (ie what aggravates it, what helps it), maybe in a video, and I can collaborate with the PTs at my work to get a sense of what's going on (movement impairments etc.) I can then send you some advice on what can help. Not being outdoors stinks so I'm empathetic.Good luck.

Happy Birthday!! My husband, Jim, and my birthdays are both this Tuesday, July 12. I won’t mention how old we’ll be though I did watch about 20 of the videos so far, but like you, spare time is nil now so I’ve had to postpone the final watching.
