Hey Agelpi! Thanks for your comment, here is the “official” definition of in-app billing. Google search for “In-App Billing” and it should be the first on the page.While to gamers its just gold, mana, crystal, etc. For the businesses that back up the games, its their virtual product. People pay with real money, and they make the purchases from inside the app usually by clicking “Add more gold (or whatever)” and Google Play Store takes care of it from there.
Most help articles on the web are inaccurate or incoherent. Not this!
Is anyone aware of such an order having been made in similar circumstances previously – i.e. against the losing party in a declaration of non infringement?Of course such orders have been made against infringers, but my impression was that even then it was by no means a foregone conclusion that the judge would agree.

Oh my gosh, you’ve seen Passions? That show is like the campiest worst and best soap opera ever! When they left for Direct TV and put ads for the show leaving for Direct TV STRAIGHT INTO THE SCRIPT, I was both horrified and laughing to death! I know this has nothing to do with most of what you wrote here, though. ^_^; Just looking at the “this is better than Passions!” comment.

Math is VERY important in weaving too … as evidenced by the send of cotton handtowels I had warped on my loom at 40 epi that ended up making one washcloth. No kidding! I forgot to calculate in pesky little measurements like take up, shrinkage, etc. Ahhh, keeps one humble.

It's annoying that Chrome depends on lsb. lsb-core depends on a mail transport agent, which defaults to postfix.Anyway, "sudo dpkg –ignore-depends=lsb -i google-chrome-beta_current_i386.deb" got me up to the current version. It's one thing to clean-up your dependency list, but quite another to add a lot of unnecessary packages.

Interesting info! I agree, there is a huge difference between 'wrapping paper' lingerie and something the recipient wants and would enjoy wearing…the items could even be identical, but the thought behind the gift colors it. Who wants to get a gift that's ultimately for someone else to enjoy?

The bottom line is the fact that Michigan is on the verge of joining several other US states in becoming what they refer to as “right to work” states. In other words, unions will lose any right they have to sign up members. Companies can pay minimum wage if they want (and will). Look at the former GM locomotive plant in London …. sold to a subsidiary of Caterpillar … then closed to move production to a right-to-work state and Mexico.
