The “recently used programs” is more interesting. Your menu organisation is a look into how organised (or retentive) you are, but the recently used programs gives me a glimpse of what you’ve been doing up to the point you deliver your talk.
FD – Ok, your right the staff voted on the strike – but who called the meeting on Sunday? And where was the Board President when this started months ago – he should have gotten a set then and stepped up from the get go and this probably would not be happening now – just my opinion of course.

I like many others have an extrememly hard time identifying what I am feeling but I believe its more because for years I wouldn’t let myself feel anything. I still remember when I first started seeing a shrink and he would say “how are you feeling” and I couldn’t even say what I was feeling

“Mood-elevating” is one of the reasons why I persist to work out! I’m thinking that ‘fear & loathing’ happens when I step back and start to think about the piece. If I forget myself, I don’t encounter that as much – so working quickly has been very interesting and liberating. Now I just need to find that when working on larger pieces . . . .
