- Kotisivut rakentuvat sivuista ja ajankohtaisista artikkeleista.
- Sivut: staattinen kotisivuosuus (yläpalkki)
- Artikkelit: näkyvät ajankohtaista sivun oikeassa reunassa
- Sukutoimikunnan jäsenet voivat laatia ja päivittää sivuja ja artikkeleita kirjautumalla ohjausnäkymään (päätoimittajavaltuudet). Lisäksi webmasterilla on laajemmat administraattorivaltuudet.
- Näillä henkilöillä on tarvittavat tunnukset, joilla voi kirjautua Ohjausnäkymään
- Sivuja täydennetään sekä sisällön että toimintojen osalta esille tulleiden tarpeiden mukaan.
- Sukutoimikunnan sivut on suojattu salasanalla. Sivut on tarkoitettu esim. pöytäkirjoja ja muistioita varten.
- Webmaster ottaa varmuuskopion sivustosta omalle koneelleen n. kerran kuussa.

This is a fantastic example of how kids can love to learn! I “boat-school” as my family lives aboard a sailboat full time. There have been countless times when I have found them inspecting creatures that we see along the way, and I love to see how totally enthralled they are with every little detail! Thank you for providing an easy method to expand on their exploration and keep track of all we discover!

Doubtful. Our geniuses appeared randomly through time up until civilization allowed for a series of civilizations that were all stable at the right time. After all, it doesn't matter if there was an Einstein among the Amerindian tribes right when the small pox and influenza epidemics were busy eradicating these peoples. Representatives from these organizations are knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate. Certain “breastfeeding or parenting agendas” are not promoted. Each nursing mother is assisted according to her needs.
I think a large part of it comes down to fear. We intellectually may know the steps we need to take to get there but just can’t implement them. Success and the human need to want for something can be opposing thoughts and emotions for some and that can create a fear of success. Connie’s comment addresses the fear of failure which is difficult for some to overcome. Some fear one or the other and some fear both.

Try looking at some other submissions to CRYPTO if you want to know what they are looking for. I think they want pdfs with authors and titles clearly visible at the top of the paper. If in doubt, ask CRYPTO about the finer points of how they like their submissions.

I would add that along with building skill sets and leadership skills that you invest in the relationship. I have found that with relational “change in my pocket” that the influence of the leadership development goes a long way. You can’t do this with all that you are developing but you can with those key people on your staff.
